We analyze the best financing package that fits your personal strategy, lock in the best interest rate, negotiate the best price, time the transaction and help you secure title to the property.
- PROPERTY ACQUISITION SERVICE DETAILS
- Source appropriate property options by working with our SIFF-Certified Realtors
- Complete property due diligence using our extensive network SIFF-Certified Professionals who help us evaluate the investment
- Perform cost of funds analysis to identify funding alternatives consistent with your requirements and recommend optimum strategies
- Manage all services to meet close dates in collaboration with our SIFF-Certified Professionals based on a schedule that works for you including:
– Preparing and reviewing documents—sales agreement, addendums, repairs, etc.
– Arranging for property manager walk-through to confirm rental attractiveness
– Scheduling inspections, repairs and re-inspections
