SIFF was founded by Scott Fong, whose background has been in the Financial Services Industry for over 15 years. The idea for the SIFF was born after Scott bought his first investment property. It was a 4 unit building in a quiet area out of state.
Finding real estate partners wasn’t very difficult, however, finding great real estate partners with the experience and skills necessary to truly help him succeed was challenging. What Scott found was a random process with many inefficiencies, he knew there was a better way.
Because we understand every client’s situation is different, we first look at your overall economic position, financial goals, and current portfolio before making recommendations. Creating a custom investment plan is the only way to ensure all of your goals are achieved long term.
